CLIENT

By completing the registration form the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The registration is only confirmed once a completed registration form and proof of payment have been received.
  2. The registration fee is non-refundable.
  3. Missed classes can be caught up in one of two ways:
    • By joining another group, subject to availability.
    • By requesting a one-on-one consultation at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  4. Neither the BabyGym Instructor nor the BabyGym Institute can be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury, from any cause whatsoever, on the premises.
  5. The client will not copy, distribute, teach and/or demonstrate BabyGym activities without the necessary training and permissions.

 

BABYGYM INSTRUCTOR

By accepting client registrations, the Instructor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. To complete client enrolment with the BabyGym Institute at least 48 hours before the start of the first class/workshop.
  2. To issue notecards and certificates on time.
  3. To be responsive to communication within business hours.
  4. To present BabyGym according to the prescribed curriculum and per the code of ethics.
